Contribution Rules

Campaign finance law requires that your contribution adheres to the following:

  1. If the contribution is made with a corporate check, you certify that it is within the legal limits for corporate contributions.
  2. The contribution is made from your own funds or the funds of an authorizing corporation or other entity, and the funds are not being provided by any other person or entity.
  3. You must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  4. You must be at least eighteen years old.
  5. The contribution is made from your own funds, and funds are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making the contribution.

Please note: Individual campaign donations are limited to $1000 per person.
